Our lab is interested in how tumor-suppressor gene loss changes the transcriptome, post-transcriptional network and proteome of cells.  For this we utilize many “omics” platforms including RNA-seq, CLIP, Ribosome Profiling, Proteomics and CRISPR.  Determining how these events change cells enable us to test which of these alterations are essential for cancer cell growth using model organisms, shRNA and CRISPR screens.
