My research focuses on applying computational approaches to study breast cancer patient samples. One area of my research focuses on using novel techniques to analyze the copy-number profile of patient samples with the hopes of integrating this with other "-omic" approaches to identify markers for treatment response. The other main avenue that I work on is leveraging emerging microscopy techniques on sections of breast cancer patient tumor sample to answer questions about the tumor samples and their environment using computational analysis of the images.
