My laboratory focuses on the development and testing of virus-based cancer immunotherapeutics. We have a number of active projects to examine molecular and cellular features of various pediatric cancers that determine their response to virus injection, and we are also pursuing strategies to modulate their response by altering the tumor immune microenvironment.
