Dr. Li's lab is focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating heart development and disease using genetic mouse models and a variety of cutting-edge technologies. In particular, we are interested in understanding how epigenetic modifications will impact on cell-cell signaling communications pertaining cell proliferation and differentiation.
