We study genetic and environmental determinants of cancer metabolism and growth. We use in vitro systems and genetically engineered mouse models to understand mechanistically how tumor cell metabolic preferences, microenvironmental factors, chemotherapy, and systemic nutrient handling can impact cellular behavior and malignant progression.
