Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Our research focus is on understanding mechanisms of drug resistance in lung cancer. We have a particular focus on EGFR-mutant lung cancer and trying to understand the biology of drug-tolerant persister cells. We use a variety of different approahces in the lab including phosphoproteomics, transcriptomics, biochemistry, and mouse models. Our ultimate goal is to identify drug targets that we can translate into the clinic.
