As a member of the Cancer Biology Program at the OSUCCC – James, my research focuses on elucidating the mechanisms of cancer metastasis and developing novel therapies to improve outcomes for patients with metastatic disease, particularly metastatic breast cancer and metastatic soft tissue sarcoma.

My federally funded research combines patient-derived data with mouse models of cancer and in vitro mechanistic work to uncover new, targetable metastasis drivers.
