Congratulations to Ayushi Das for achieving First Place, as well as receiving the People's Choice Award, in the Graduate School's University-Wide 3MT Competition on February 4th! She competed against 12 other graduate students from across the university.

By winning placing first in this competition, Ayushi will move on to the regional level, representing The Ohio State University while showcasing her research.

Ayushi received the People's Choice Award by having the highest number of votes from the audience at the competition.

Ayushi initially competed in the MCDB 3MT competition in November 2025 where she won first place and was selected to compete in the Graduate School's 3MT competition.
