Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. Gene Expression -- understanding the process by which information from a gene is used in the synthesis of a functional gene product.

Molecular Medicine -- study of disease at a molecular and cellular level.

Molecular Neurobiology -- understanding the molecular mechanisms in healthy and diseased brains.

Plant Molecular Biology -- research in all areas of plant biology.

RNA Biology -- an interdisciplinary endeavor that spans biology, medicine, agriculture, mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

Virology -- the study of viruses.
